Sunday/Monday Posts - February 8th and 9th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

 Hello Everyone!

Another week is over.  At least we didn't have anymore snow, although it's freezing here.  Tomorrow we are expecting a wintry mix of rain, snow and sleet.  That doesn't sound like much fun.  I hope they are wrong.

My blog has been busy.  I didn't even realize it until I started to put this post together.  I'm not reading all that much more but I'm still participating in blog tours and spotlights.

Other than that, it's pretty quiet on this end.  So, what have you all been up to?

Hope you all have a great week!

Yvonne

  1. I always look at the covers of mystery novels for clues so the Country Club book is interesting. I think the body is face up so she didn't drown.

  2. It's freezing out there, so I'm glad I'm coming out of a long, hot bath, complete with lavender essential oil and candles :) Now I feel like a big teddy bear ready to hibernate ! Have a great week ;)

  5. I'd love to have a forecast like that. It is so hot here you get a headache if you step out for a few minutes! Your week sounds busy.

  9. The snow thing intrigues me. I've been seeing pics on Facebook of inches and inches on people's roofs and driveways etc. I've actually only seen snow once (in New Zealand) and it wasn't particularly thick.

It snows in the southern part of Australia but I've never been down in winter to see it.

  12. I'm curious about the Jamie Quinn Mystery. Looks peculiar and has my radar pinging. LOL I only posted one review last week because I had several tour posts. This week is more about reviewing and having a lot of fun putting the finishing touches on them.
