My answers...
1. Do you have a favorite author? I have a lot of them but the first person that came to mind was Janet Evanovich.
2. Have you read everything he or she has written? I've read almost all her Stephanie Plum books except for the last one. I haven't read her other books, but they are all in my TBR. She's an auto-buy author for me.
3. Did you LIKE everything? Yes, some more than others. I tend to like her Plum books better than the shorter series romances.
4. How about a least favorite author? Not really.
5. An author you wanted to like, but didn’t? I wanted to like Diana Gabaladon's Outlander series, but I couldn't even make it through the first book. That's not against the author though. It was that particular book. I wanted to like it because I heard so many good things about it, but just couldn't get into it. However, that doesn't mean I wouldn't like other things she's written.
Too funny. We're the exact opposite. I loved the Gabaldon books. And even though I like humor and love mysteries, I haven't gotten in the Stephenie Plum books. I read the first two and stopped. Good thing there are so many choices out there -- a book (or two) for every taste!
ReplyDeleteBeth - That's the great thing about books - there's something for everyone! That's really funny that we are the exact opposite, though.

I haven't read any books by either of these authors. I notice they are on the Barnes & Noble bestseller list though.
ReplyDeleteThe Stephanie Plum series are some of the funniest books I've ever read. I'm one of those who loved and rereads the Outlander series.
