Friendly Fill-Ins - June 16th
Labels:
Friendly Fill-Ins
This meme is hosted by Ann at McGuffy's Reader and Ellen at 15andmeowing. Each week they will post four fill-in statements.
Here are my answers to this weeks statements...
Week 58: June 16, 2017
1. I challenge everyone to relax this week. Sounds strange, I know, but everyone is so rushed and stressed out (me included), everyone just relax and take a deep breath.)
2. I regret disposing of all my original Barbie dolls and baseball cards. I can only imagine how much they'd be worth today.
3. I have a difficult time admitting that I'm a slow reader. I can't read as many or as fast as others can, but I wish I could. .
4. If I were given a psychic power, I would like it to be able to do things at a faster rate - like clean the house.

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!
After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.
Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.

Thank you for participating, great answers. I gladly accept this challenge, I may even take a nap today. I know what you mean about reading, I wish I could read faster too- so many books, so little time. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteWhen one of my roommates left for college, his mother threw away a trunk full of his old comics. He had an original Batman and an original Superman in mint condition. When he told his mother the value, they both sat down and cried.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you think! Yeah, I wish I had my Barbies. They were the first ones! We all do need to relax. thank you for that! HUGS!
ReplyDeleteI am a slow reader, too. David can sometimes read several books in a day. I'm lucky to get one read in a week. Most of the time it takes me longer than a week to read a book of even just 200 pages. It is very frustrating, but that's just the way it is.
ReplyDeleteI hope that you have a blessed day. :)
