The Weekend Review - February 15th-17th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Weekend!

This was another busy blog week.  Mostly spotlight tours.  I finished two books this week and enjoyed both of them.  I'm still way behind on my TV viewing but that's okay.  I'm busy enjoying my books, which is a good thing :)  There are a couple of shows on Netflix that I do want to binge on, but there's no rush :)

I'm still slowly getting my new house in order.  Although it feels like I'll never get completely unpacked, we do have things set up where we want everything.  The rest will just be done as we can.  The main stuff is unpacked.

Other than that, it's the same old stuff here.  I hope you all have a great week.

Yvonne

  1. It takes such a long time to get everything set up the way you want it in a new place. It sounds like you feel like you are close to finished. I'm glad.

If I have a choice between tv and books, I shall always choose books.

    Have a lovely week!

  2. Oh, so many good ones, too. He Started It and Witness Protection Widow are on my list...and I'm curious about them all.

I am trying to block out the political stuff with good books.

I am still trying to "settle" into my place...almost there after nine months!

    Enjoy your week.

  3. I love all the kitties on the covers. I'm still working on the cat puzzle I started a few weeks ago and I think they're all featured there as well :)

  4. I've been reading instead of Netflixing as well, which I guess is a good thing. There are some shows I want to try though as well. Hope you have a nice weekend!

  6. Well if you have the main, crucial stuff unpacked, I think you have done brilliantly! I think it pays to take time to get the rest done right, rather than rushing it and having to relocate things again later. Have a good week, Yvonne:)

  8. Unpacking can be a long, arduous process. Try not to stress over it and just take your time.

Your books look good. You sure are busy with tours, wow.
