The Weekend Review - November 11th-13th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now being hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to Stacking the Shelves which is hosted by Reading Reality.

Hi Everyone!

We're already heading into our second week of November.  It's so hard to believe that Thanksgiving is literally right around the corner.

I finished three books this week.  My reading mojo is slowly returning.  This week I hope to post the sign ups for the reading challenges I will host in 2024.  I'm still not sure if I'll bring back First Chapter Tuesdays as there doesn't seem to be much interest in it anymore.  That's okay because there are similar book memes out there.

Survivor is still the only show I'm watching but now that the actor's strike is over, my regular shows will be returning.  I'm guessing they won't return until after January, though.  That's fine with me - it just means I have more reading time.

It's been pretty quiet here.  How have things been in your area?  Reading or see anything good?  I hope you all have a great week!

I'm currently reading...

I finished reading ...

This is my line up for the rest of November.  These are really carryovers from previous month.  I should be able to finally catch up this month.  I'll add more books throughout the month.

Here is this week's Kindle freebie haul. They were freebies when I got them, I don't know if they still are. Always make sure to check they are still free before buying. The prices change quickly.
