I had a pretty awful reading month in September. I only completed four books. That's really bad for me, but - on the other hand - They were all pretty good books. So, this month it was about quality, not quantity. LOL How's that for rationalizing?
I completed...
The Bride Collector by Ted Dekker
New Moon by Stephenie Meyer
Private by James Patterson and Maxine Paetro
Broken Birds, The Story of My Momila by Jeannette Katzir
Hopefully, October will be a better month for me. I already completed one book.
I seem to be addicted to TV this Fall season which is cutting into my reading time. I have to stop that...I have so many great books waiting for me.
Some of the new shows I've been enjoying - Boardwalk Empire, Undercovers, The Defenders, Hawaii Five-O, and The Event.
Some of my favorite returning shows - House, Castle, Private Practice, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, The Good Wife and CSI: NY.
My life is being taken over by the TV and my books, too. That's why my blogging has been suffering. I haven't been around as much as I'd like to be, so I'll be working at changing that too. I'll try to be more involved again. I may join a blog hop or two :)
Hope you all have a great week.

Quality beats quantity any time! New Moon was my favorite book in the Twilight Saga....
ReplyDeleteGlad u enjoyed your reads in September. I've only read New Moon out of those. BTW that photo is adorable...I was thinking, one quick movie and that doggie would have a good snack...LOL
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about TV...the Fall season calls to me! I haven't really gotten into too many new ones, but some of my old faves are ones you mentioned, like Castle, Private Practice, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, and The Good Wife....
ReplyDeleteI like to watch TV and movies almost as much as reading, so it's a contest.
If I alternate activities, I'm less likely to get bored.
