    Most nights I fall asleep with little problem, but there was a time when that wasn't so. My mind was really consumed with children, housework, and bills that I just couldn't shut it all off when I went to bed. The children are grown & out of the house and finally we are debt free. There will always be house chores, so there really is very little to worry over these days. I sleep like a baby now. lol
