Sunday/Monday Posts - January 5th & 6th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

Happy Sunday and Monday Everyone! The first of 2014!

From now on, I'm going to post my Sunday and Monday info in one post and I will link them to all the memes for both days.

We had fun on New Year's Eve.  We went to a Paul McCartney tribute band concert and we welcomed the new year in there.  We had a great time.  I hope you all had a great New Year's Eve, too.

2014 already brought our first snowfall.  We had a foot of snow and frigid temperatures.  It actually went below 0 here and we never have such low temps.  It's supposed to warm up to the 40's tomorrow.  A heatwave!  Hopefully this isn't a sign of what's to come this winter.

I already finished one book in 2014 and I've begun my second one.  The first one was really good and the second one is even better.  Reviews will be posted later in the week for blog tours and there will be giveaways!

I have two tours scheduled for this week and then two the following week.
