Since I am not as active in the last year or so I have noticed a difference inmyself that I am starting to work on. I know I need to keep healthy, but it is so frustrating that it takes so much time.
ReplyDeleteI am a multi-tasker who likes to do at least 2 things at one time and the routine I have now just take to long, it seems to me. It would be great to use the PACE program to keep me from getting so darn frustrated!

I've never heard of P.A.C.E. before but it sounds like it's worth giving a try. I could certainly use it. Heh.

The only exercise I get is at work. I walk around the library re-shelving and straightening books & helping people find what they're looking for. One of these days I want to get a pedometer to see just how many steps a day I take. It sure feels like a lot. ;0)
Thanks!
