This week's question...
What books do you have next to your bed right now? How about other places in the house? What are you reading?
My answer...
I have 270 books next to my bed...okay, so it's actually my Nook next to my bed and I have 270 books stored on it. LOL I'm only reading one book, though. Pride and Prejudice. I can't believe I never read this before.
Other places in the house? Don't ask...my guest room is still towering over with a million books. Those are my print books that are now terribly ignored in favor of my ereader.

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!
After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.
Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.

I am not an Austen fan!
ReplyDeleteBTT: Bedside
My apartment currently embodies chaos, so my books are nearly everywhere. I have finally removed the books from the bathroom, so I guess I'm making progress!
ReplyDeleteHaven't read much Austen, but I love P&P! Hope you're enjoying it.
ReplyDeleteMy bedside reading
Haha at first I thought you were crazy! :) Happy reading. My bedside list is at The Crowded Leaf.
ReplyDeleteI had heart palpitations for a moment when I saw that number. At least they are on an e-reader! Granted, that is probably another reason I shouldn't have an e-reader. I would hoard books even more than I already do.
ReplyDeleteI was picturing a huge, toppling bedside stack of books- until I read the next sentence.
ReplyDeleteLove the fact you have so many books to go to. Pride and Prejudice is one of my most favorite stories of all time. You're going to love it. Have you seen the film Becoming Jane? That's more of a romantic story about an early point in Jane Austin's life starring Anne Hathaway and James McAvoy. It was really good. The book on my bedside table right now is "The Deadfall Project." It's a crime thriller, which I don't read a lot of, but the fast past descriptive writing on this is so good I just can't put it down. I highly recommend this one. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI have too many books for my beside table so they sit on the steps. Hope you are loving P & P as much as I did/do!
ReplyDeleteI do not have a Nook, but I do have almost all my books on my Kindle & iPad!
ReplyDeleteWow! You have a lot of reading to look forward to. I hope you will post about P & P. I've read it a few times, and currently have the movie version of it from Netflix to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteHi! Stop by my blog for your award.
