Sunday/Monday Posts - June 29th and 30th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews

Happy Sunday and Monday!

Summer is in full swing and I love it!  The only drawback is that I started things out with a flu/cold type of thing.  My throat felt like it was on fire and I'm still coughing like crazy.  So, that part hasn't been much fun.

I didn't have many blog tours scheduled last week and only a couple next week.  However, the rest of the summer looks pretty busy and I'm already booked through August.  So many great books coming up.  My summer reading looks good :)

Thanks to Netflix, I just "discovered" a new-to-me TV show. I started watching Scandal and love it.  I was wondering what all the fuss was about and I found out.  I already watched the first three episodes.

There are still a couple of giveaways going on - you can click the button on the sidebar to enter.  There are more coming up this week.

I hope you are all enjoying your summer and reading great books!  Have a great week!

Yvonne

  15. Hope you feel better soon. I have White Magic Five and Dime on my wishlist and Tailing a Tabby looks cute. As a former NYer, my family is still Yankee fans (I was raised a Mets fan) and Rivera is hands-down my son's favorite player. I will recommend this book to him to pick up. Thanks for showcasing many interesting titles.
