Sunday/Monday Posts - May 25th and 26th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews

Happy Sunday and Monday Everyone!

Summer is just about here and the weather here is absolutely beautiful this weekend.

I finished two more ARCs for the Clean Sweep ARC Challenge.  So I'm at a total of four, so far. I have a ton of books on my list that I still want to read before June is over and I'm pretty sure I won't get them all done, but that's okay.  I'm not going to drive myself crazy again and end up putting myself back in another reading slump.

I'm not sure if we are planning to do anything for the Memorial Day weekend, but if nothing else, I plan to hang out in the beautiful weather and read.  My backyard deck is looking very inviting right now.

I hope you are all enjoying the weekend and having fun...read lots and lots of books!

Wednesday:  Blog Tour:  Murder is Academic by Lesley A. Diehl (Review)

Friday:  Blog Tour:  Engaged in Murder by Nancy Parra (Guest Post/Giveaway)

I finished reading...

I'm currently reading...

I didn't finish all the books I wanted to read in May, so I am keeping them listed here so they don't get lost in the shuffle. I do have some June books to add to the group. I know I will finish the ones scheduled for blog tours, but the rest I'm not sure about.

What was your week like? What are you reading this week?

  4. I too plan on hanging out on my back deck and reading while my Hubby grills. He and the kids are getting our pool ready for the summer and I am going to put my feet up for a change!

  13. We're in the 80's this weekend so I'm enjoying a little outdoor time too. Hope you have great holiday weekend and get lots of time on that deck! How To Moon A Cat sounds like fun, I like the idea of a cat POV.

  17. I feel like it's good to set reading goals but reading should be enjoyable and not forced! It looks like you've had a majorly busy week! I really like the cover for 'Any Other Name', it looks very stylized. Thanks for sharing :) I hope you enjoy all of them!

  20. We had horrible weather here in England this long weekend, heavy rain, though I suppose the garden needs it.
Enjoy your books, I find the title of Garage Sale Stalker intriguing.
