Sunday/Monday Posts - December 10th and 11th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host!  It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.

Happy Weekend Everyone!

It's been a busy week for me - both personally and on the blog.  Work has been busy.  It's always hard to learn a new job, but I'm getting there.  I've had a few blog tours with a couple next week.  I've been trying to keep December as light as I can.

My reading is crazy.  I guess I'm a moody reader...I keep starting books, then putting them aside to read other books.  I'm enjoying them all, but just can't seem to concentrate on anything lately.  Probably because of the new job.  I'm sure it will all come together for me eventually.  Another problem is that I have so many books that I want to read them all NOW.  That doesn't quite work :)  I, also, like to read holiday books in December, but I'm not always in the mood for them.  I should just read what I want to read and not force anything.

Not much in the way of TV viewing since most of the shows are on their winter break.  I still have Survivor (which will probably be ending soon) and General Hospital (which never goes on break, fortunately).  I'll probably start getting into movies for the next few weeks.

That's about it from here.  I hope you all have a great week!

Yvonne

  14. Yes. Read what you want. Unless your new job includes assigned reading. Then read that at work. And fun stuff at home. Come see what I'm reading.
