The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme with a new host! It's now being hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Sunday Everyone!
The summer weather has finally arrived. We are supposed to have a heatwave next week and the hot weather is already starting. Maybe I'll even get a chance to go to the beach.
I'm very slowly coming out of my reading slump, but it's really slow going. Hopefully I will snap out of it soon because I have quite a few books coming up for reviews and tours.
I had computer issues all week. So, I'm still trying to get things to be the way I liked them. It's so annoying when technology doesn't cooperate.
As for my TV viewing, I finished watching the first season of Riverdale. That was fast watching and a pretty good school. I still have to start the new seasons of Bloodline and Orange Is The New Black. Night Shift will be starting again soon and I liked that one.
I hope you all have a great week and read many great books.
Yvonne

I do not mind a rainy summer, easier with the baby that way
ReplyDeleteI'm starting on Booked 4 Murder this week. Hope we both end up loving it!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed Beach House for Rent...and downloaded The Sunshine Sisters this week. Hope to get The Child soon.
ReplyDeleteI watched a couple of episodes in the newest season of Orange is the New Black. Hope you enjoy it.
Thanks for sharing...and have a great week.
Yvonne, we are having a cool and cloudy weekend here, with some sun. The Sunshine Sisters sounds like a good book! I have not seen any episodes of the new season of Orange is the New Black.
ReplyDeleteSo many books with cats, I need to add these to my list.
ReplyDeleteSo many of these look bright and summery- The sunshine Sisters, Killer Party. And A Tale of Two Kitties looks cute. Shadow Girl has me curious...
ReplyDeleteIt's gotten warm here too! We're supposed to be 90's all week. I liked Riverdale but I found Bloodline S3 to be a bit disappointing, but that may have just been me. I hope you like it!
So many cozy mysteries that look so good! I really enjoy cozy mysteries when I need a break from YA novels.
ReplyDeleteI've heard really good things about Riverdale, but I've been kind of hesitant to watch it. I'll have to check if it's on Netflix yet.
Have a great week!

Hope that reading slump is begone soon. You have a great line up of books to read which could help!
ReplyDeleteSo many good looking mysteries. I've been listening to some as audiobook s while I pack up the home library. The move is really happening. We have temporary housing squared away and most of our home library in storage now. Come see what I'm reading this week.
ReplyDeleteI was lucky enough to have met Jane Green at BookExpo. Now I just need to make time to read the book!
