Only two books for me this week and both are for reviews:
Confessions of A Trauma Junkie: My Life As a Nurse Paramedic by Sherry Jones May, RN

Flashes of Glory by Elisabeth Lee

If you'd like to play along with Mailbox Mondays, just click the button at the top of this post.
Hm I wonder that that second book is about, other than mystery. A bit too much colour for me but should not judge a book but its cover.
ReplyDeleteHappy reading
I read a great review of Trauma Junkie - hope you enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteConfessions of a Trauma Junkie looks great! I am currently watching the new show Nurse Jackie with Edie Falco (she plays a trauma nurse)-- I LOVE it! Looking forward to your review!
ReplyDeleteHere is my list if you'd like to check it out http://metroreader.blogspot.com/2009/08/mailbox-monday-august-24th.html
I just love the title of the first one.
ReplyDeleteBlodeuedd - The author's website says it features a 50 year old woman who is a wild poker player and solves mysteries. We'll see. I liked the cover, it got my attention :)
ReplyDeletebermudaonion - So far, I'm really enjoying Trauma Junkie.
DCMetroreader - It really is a great book, so far. I love watching medical TV shows and this makes me feel like I'm really in one. I wanted to watch Nurse Jackie, but I don't get the channel anymore.
Vivienne - I think it's a great title and I love the child with a stethoscope on the cover.
Wow, great books...happy reading.
ReplyDeleteTrauma Junkie looks good.

ReplyDeleteFlashes of Glory - love the cover!
