Women's Murder Club Reading Challenge

Beth F's Sookie Reading Challenge and J.Kaye's Stephanie Plum Reading Challenge made me think about another series of books I'd like to complete. James Patterson's Women's Murder Club. I love this series and I have several more I have to finish. I'm hoping there are others out there who also want to read this series, if not, I'll just enjoy it myself :)

Here are the guidelines...

1. All books need to be read between August 15, 2009 and August 15, 2010. That's a year to complete whatever books you haven't read in this series. Books read prior to August 15th don't count for this challenge.

2. If you want to participate, just post about it on your blog with a link back to here. Make sure you list the books you need to read.

3. Audio and Ebooks are acceptable. You can also use these books for other challenges.

4. Please use Mr. Linky below to sign up. Use the link to your post about this challenge, not your main blog address. Links that don't go directly to your challenge post will be deleted.

5. Once you complete the challenge, please post the link to your wrap-up blog post with Mr. Linky (I will put up a Mr. Linky for completed lists.)

6. There will also be a Mr. Linky for reviews, although posting your reviews are not a requirement.

7. You can take the button above and post it on your blog.

These are the books in the series that have already been published...

1st to Die
2nd Chance
3rd Degree
4th of July
5th Horseman
6th Target
7th Heaven
8th Confession

The ones I still need to read...

7th Heaven Click for review
8th Confession Click for review

Post your links to your completed reviews with Mr. Linky.

Where it says, "Your Name", put your name with the title of the book you reviewed - for example Yvonne (Title of book). In the url section, put in the direct link to your review.

  1. I'm all caught up on my Patterson, but I think this is a great idea! I think bloggers should have more like this. I plan for three more - all in the paranormal genre.

  2. I agree J.Kaye. I love these challenges. I'm thinking of doing a couple more challenges too but I'm not sure yet. I'll keep an eye out for your paranormal ones. I love that genre.

  3. The only ones I haven't read haven't been written yet

  4. I had to join this one. I've borrowed the books from a friend and really need to get the last three read and returned to him.

  5. Welcome to the challenge, Mark. Good luck with it!

  6. I will try to do this challenge, because I actually really want to read the rest and the series. I need to read the same ones you do, Yvonne. *Ironic* Anyway, be forewarned I stick at challenges, but I will try! Thanks for the oppurtunity.

  7. Welcome Lilibeth! Enjoy the challenge. I'm not even sure I will finish it, but I will try :)

  8. this is my third book challenge and my second James Patterson challenge! I am really enjoying this!

  9. OK, I made a correction, I think I might have put my main blog address so I re-signed up with the link to the blog with this challenge. Sorry about the mix up...

  10. How do I put the button on my post?

  11. You just have to save the button to your computer and then add it to your post.

  12. I only read the4 one new one, since i had read the others. No blog so positin here

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.
