Sunday Salon - It's hot, hot, hot!

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, just click the button above.

It's so hard to believe we are halfway through the summer already. Another very hot and humid weekend. Not that it really matters to me as I hide in my air conditioned house. LOL

My wrap up for July...

Beef Stolen-Off by Liz Lipperman
Permanence by Vincent Zandri
Pies and Prejudice by Ellery Adams
Firefly Beach by Meira Peterman
Deadlocked by Charlaine Harris (audio)
Grave Sight by Charlaine Harris (audio)
The Aspen 2-Million by John Morris
Lie to Me by Tori St. Claire
Metro Girl by Janet Evanovich (audio)

Not too bad nine books for July. I usually average around 8, so I'm on target.

I completed the audio reading challenge. It's always nice to get another one done. I still have plenty to go :)

Monday I'll be hosting a blog tour for Rochelle Staab's new cozy mystery Bruja Brouhaha. It's the second book in her "A Mind for Murder Mystery". I will also be hosting a book giveaway so check back on Monday!

There's still time to enter my current book giveaway "Immigration and Adaptation" by Haskell G. Edwards. The link is on my sidebar. The giveaway ends on the 9th. I haven't read this one yet, but looks like a great book.

So, how was your week?

It is soooo humid and icky out! Hard to believe summer will soon be gone though.
    Enjoy your weekend.

  2. I start back to school soon, so my open-ended reading days are soon at an end.

It's hot here, too. I always forget how hot August is.

Thank you for stopping by and visiting my blog! I always love reading comments and getting to know my readers!

After some careful consideration, I've decided to become an award-free blog. Although I appreciate and am honored by each and every award I've received, your comments and friendship are enough award for me. Thank you all so much for your thoughtfulness.

Due to way too many spam comments, I disabled the Anonymous User comments. We'll see if this works, otherwise I'll have to go back to word verification.
