The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!
I'm also linking to Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews.
Happy Sunday Everyone!
Another week is over. Although, I have to say, the weather is already beautiful and it's feeling like summer now. That makes me want to read beach reads. I love reading books to match whatever season we happen to be in. Not that I ever really get to read in the correct season because of reviews. LOL
This week I celebrated my seven years of blogging (the giveaway is still going on!) and I just wanted to thank everyone for all the sweet and thoughtful comments. You guys are what keeps me doing this. Like many of you, I'm sure, I have considered quitting blogging. It just gets to be so much work and takes up so much time sometimes, but I do love it and have talked myself into continuing on numerous occasions throughout the past seven years. So, a big THANK YOU to everyone!
I'm slowly catching up on my TV viewing. I'm working on watching the last four episodes of Bones. I forgot how much I enjoy this show.
This past week I seemed to have something going on everyday and next week will be more of the same.
I just finished listening to another Agatha Raisin book, which I enjoyed and will review it this week. I'm going to take a short break from listening to this series to listen to Jon Cryer's new book. I loved him in Two and a Half Men. So, hopefully, this will be a fun book to listen to since he narrates it himself.
I hope you are all having a great weekend and have a great week!
Yvonne

I have been blogging for seven years, too (in April, for me). I am still having a lot of fun...of course I have a LOT of blogs, and that keeps me hopping.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week...I like the look of the Jon Cryer book....and Beach Town is on my list.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
The Jon Cryer book looks fun and I've heard it's fantastic in audio. I have the new Lynn Cahoon coming up and am looking forward to it. I'm so glad you've stuck with blogging and 7 years is impressive! My cozy mystery shelf wouldn't be nearly as full without you!
ReplyDeleteHappy blogoversary !!! I can't believe you've been blogging all this time :) So you were right to persist with Agatha Raisin and finally enjoying it fully, I'm glad. Have a great week, Yvonne !

ReplyDeleteHappy Blogoversary!!! I have that Jon Cryer book on my library list. I just finished Candice Bergen's, A Fine Romance. I was never a Murphy Brown fan, but she seems like a very nice lady.
ReplyDelete7 years! Wow...congrats! That is wonderful! Have a great week!
