Book Blogger Hop

This week's question...

What book series do you never want to see end?

My answer...

I have so many favorite series. One series I love, which has recently come to an end (although the author is starting a new series based on the original) is Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cover series. I love that one.

Other series that I hope never end:

Joe Grey mysteries by Shirley Rousseau Murphy
Mrs. Murphy mysteries by Rita Mae Brown
Chocoholic mysteries by Joanna Carl
Cats in Trouble mysteries by Leann Sweeney

I know there are others, but it's early and I can't think - LOL

How about you?

  3. This is the second time I've read something good about the Cats in Trouble mysteries. That plus I am such a cat person has me thinking I should pick one of the Cats in Trouble books up the next time I go book shopping. XD

  4. The series I never want to end are:
The Sue Grafton Kinsey Malone Series.
    Joel Grey By Shirley Murphy
The Orchard series by Sheila Connelly . I
The bookbinder series by Kate Carsile
Knitting series by Maggie Sefton-so good and each one builds on the next.
The Key West Series by Lucy Burdett-Fabulous new series,. So good I drive 45 minutes today to buy the next in the series!
Agatha Rasin and Hamish MacBeth series by M.C. Beaton. Both are so good and I will be sad to see them go.

  5. I love almost all the series that have been mentioned. I don't think I have read the Orchard series or Cedar Grove series. I would love to add the Midnight Louis Books which are supposed to end at Z as are Sue Grafton's. I also like Laura Child's series- all three of them.

  6. I love the Doctor Who novels. With multiple writers expanding on the adventures of multiple Doctors, the series is NEVER going to end!
By the way, great blog hop so far, right?

  7. In general I like a series to have a good resolution, but I suppose it matters less for mystery series, where each book really stands alone.

    My post for this week.
