Sunday/Monday Posts - August 24th and 25th

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

If you'd like to participate with The Sunday Salon, it is now a Facebook group.

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. This is where we share what we read this past week, what we hope to read this week…. and anything in between! This is a great way to plan out your reading week and see what others are currently reading as well… you never know where that next “must read” book will come from!

I'm also linking to  Stacking The Shelves which is hosted by Team Tynga's Reviews

Happy Sunday and Monday!

I hope everyone had a great week and are having a great weekend.  It's so hard for me to believe that August is almost over and it's back to school time (for some, school has already begun).  We all keep saying that time flies, but it really is true.  Fall is almost upon us.

I've been slowing up on blog tours a bit...only one scheduled for next week.  There's still a giveaway going on and another will be starting during the week.

I have some good books coming up to read.  I'm looking forward to those and the new TV season will be starting soon.  I'm looking forward to catching up with my old favorites.

I hope you all have a great week!

  1. The temperature has dropped somewhat and I think we are in for an early fall/autumn. Unpredictable weather again!

  4. Falls has already been here for weeks, alas. I opened the window this morning because it was sunny (we're not used to that any more !) but closed it because the weather was fresh. I'll wait for the review of the book you're currently reading. Have a great week ;)

  7. The Mary Kennedy dream series looks good to me. I love Fall, but not sure what happens in my part of CA during that season, lol. We can drive further upstate to see leaves though and all that. Have a good week and don't be too busy to enjoy your reading.

  12. I thought the summer would probably fly by, but did August ever go quick! Wow. I like fall though so looking forward to it, I guess. Your Cat Thursday pic was great, got a good laugh out of that! .

Nightmares Can Be Murder looks good, I like that cover anyway.
