Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

This week one of the books I'm reading...



It hardly seemed fair that he could have it all - be everything any girl could want in a boy rolled into one. But then again, like the rest of us, he had been an unwilling participant in an illicit genetic experiment. Maybe the cosmos had decided to make him so perfect to kind of even things out. And in that case, maybe my reward was getting to be with him.

    Your teaser makes me very curious about the book. Genetic experimenting? My teasers are from The Twisted Thread by Charlotte Bacon and The Emperor of Nihon-ja by John Flanagan. Happy reading!

    Interesting teaser. Somehow I'm guessing that the "illicit genetic experiment" was not harmless.

    A lot of sci-fi books out recently. The cover is eye catching and the teaser is quite intriguing.
