Happy Sunday!
Today is our first real snow of the season...but, it's really not that bad. It's a fine misty type of snow and we may end up with 4 inches. The snow makes me want to stay home read, watch TV, and catch up on blogging. Not a terrible thing :) I've also "discovered" Amazon Instant Streaming and I've become hooked on catching up on The Goodwife (I stopped watching a couple of seasons ago.) Watching episode after episode of almost any TV show can be addicting. LOL
According to Goodreads, I've read 91 books so far this year. My goal is 100 books. So, I have two and a half weeks to read 9 books. I doubt it will happen, but you never know. Stranger things have happened. LOL Whether or not I make 100 this year, I'm still making next year's goal to be 100. When at first you don't succeed...
I had three blog tours last week and two reviews. I only have two scheduled for next week. The rest of December I am mostly geared towards getting reading done, not necessarily for blog tours though. Some are author/publisher/NetGalley reviews and maybe I can squeeze in a couple of Christmas books for myself. I'm winding down for the year, I guess :)
I hope everyone has a great reading week and read many great books!
Yvonne

Your blog tour books look enticing...and the idea of a misty snow sounds good, too. I love snow, but don't think I'd like lots of it all the time.
ReplyDeleteI have become addicted to Netflix streaming...and addicted is a good word for how I'm feeling. I am limiting it to weekends, and plan to do some today. Orange is the New Black is the show I'm watching now.
Here's MY WEEKLY SUNDAY/MONDAY UPDATES
let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!! I have 9 books to make it to 300 and I am half done one book, some how I plan to make it happen..LOL have a lovely week!
ReplyDeleteWe love Netflix around here. :) I've passed my goal of 240, so everything from here on out is gravy. And I wish we'd get some snow here, but it's a rare thing in NC. :(
ReplyDeleteWe shoveled snow yesterday and will finish the job today. It's our second snow of the season already -- that's a lot for us for mid-December!
ReplyDeleteI also get addicted to TV shows that I can watch back to back. I'm working my way through Once Upon A Time right now.

Amazon and NetFlix's instant streaming are very addictive, :D I glommed all 5 seasons of Primeval thanks to them.
ReplyDeleteWe got almost a foot of snow but happily it's the light fluffy kind. Unhappily, we have rain and sleet coming. :(
I'm 20 books behind on my reading goal of 205v books for this year, which is less than I did last year. Ah well. There's always next year. :D
9 books, no problem! You can do it! Just stay in from the snow. :)
